ABOUT Bay to Bay Youth Boxing Education Foundation
FOUNDED: 2024
Bay To Bay Youth Boxing Foundation Inc emerged as a natural extension of Jeff Poritz's lifelong commitment to boxing and his proven leadership in the world of skilled trades.
Drawing on decades of experience as both a competitive amateur and professional boxing coach, and as the founder of Bay to Bay Resinous Coatings—one of the southeastern United States’ premier specialty contractors—Jeff envisioned a unique way to uplift underprivileged and at-risk youth.
Recognizing the transformative power of boxing and the long-term stability offered by careers in skilled trades, Jeff created the foundation to bridge these two worlds. The organization provides structured boxing programs that instill discipline, resilience, and self-confidence, alongside apprenticeship opportunities in skilled trades that open pathways to sustainable employment.
This dual focus ensures that participants not only develop physical and mental fortitude but also gain practical, marketable skills for long-term career success.

- Bay to Bay has an established relationship with USA Boxing and only competes in sanctioned competitions and tournaments.
